Delete your account & data
You can delete your Aceit account and personal data at any time. Here’s how — and exactly what happens. Remember that your grades are stored on your device, so most of your data never leaves your phone in the first place.
Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open Aceit.
- Tap the gear icon (Settings) in the top corner.
- Under Account, tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is closed, your on-device data is erased, and you’re signed out.
Can’t access the app?
Email privacy@migla.io from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll verify it’s you and complete the deletion, normally within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account record and the email address associated with it.
- Your authentication identifier with our provider.
- All grade data stored on your device (courses, categories, grades, settings).
What we may keep, and why
To meet legal obligations, we may retain a limited amount of data for a short period after deletion:
- Purchase/transaction records — as required by tax and accounting law (these are handled with Apple).
- A minimal fraud-prevention record of the deleted email — briefly, then permanently deleted.
These are kept only as long as the law requires, then permanently deleted.
Your subscription
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. If you subscribed to Aceit Pro, cancel it separately on your iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Aceit → Cancel.
